Extra virgin Olive Oil bruschetta
In Tuscany it is called “fettunta”. It litterally means “greasy slice”. It is a super tasty, healty snack or appetizer.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
1 sliced bread
A couple of garlic cloves
Extra virgin Olive Oil
Salt

It is very easy, but the result will amaze your guests. By first, slice your bread (better if it is tuscany quality). Then toast it on a grill or griddle untill you see some brown stripes on both the sides. Rub the garlic on the bread slices and pour plenty Extra virgin Olive Oil over them (don’t be shy: every slice should be very “unta”, ossia oily). . Finally, grind some Gourmet Salts to exalt the taste. It is very easy, but the result will amaze your guests. By first, slice your bread (better if it is tuscany quality). Serve and eat it ultil the bread slices are still warm.
