Pears with Parmigiano Cheese and White Truffle Honey
Looking for a delicious desert that will “wow” just about anybody? Well, we’ve got you covered with this absolutely unique recipe with pears, Parmigiano cheese and topped with some delightful white truffle honey.
Ingredients (for 4 people)
2 ripe pears
0.5 pound (200gr) of Parmigiano in one large piece
2 tbsp of Honey with White Truffle
Cooking instructions
Slice the pears in half, and remove the core. Cut the Parmigiano cheese into smaller pieces. Alternate the slices of pear and cheese slices on wooden skewers (or you could simply line them on a plate). Add drops of Honey with White truffle for each piece of Parmigiano, and serve. Buon appetito!
