Veal Tartare Piemontese style with Truffle Salt

Recipe for Veal Tartare Piemontese style with Truffle Salt.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

Tartuflanghe Black truffle Salt
450 g minced veal meat
1 egg yolk
1 onion
capers
2 anchovy filets
lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
Pepper

Mix the ingredients together with the meat and keep it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Before serving the dish, garnish it with the porcini mushrooms and with the black summer truffle, both in thin slices (to obtain thin slices use the truffle slicer). Use the truffle juice of the jar to dress the dish and give more intense truffle flavour to the recipe.
